By accessing or using PrestigeWriters (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PrestigeWriters regarding your use of the platform as a freelance writer.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our platform as a writer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

3. Writer Responsibilities

As a writer on our platform, you agree to:

• Produce original work free from plagiarism
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines for assigned work
• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Follow client instructions and assignment requirements
• Submit work through the official platform channels only
• Not share personal contact information with clients
• Not engage in direct transactions outside the platform

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Compensation

Writers earn payments based on completed work as specified in our pricing structure. Payment rates depend on assignment type, complexity, and writer tier level.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payments are processed weekly. Earnings become available for withdrawal once work has been approved by the client and passed our quality review.

4.3 Payment Methods

We support payments via bank transfer and mobile money services. Writers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4.4 Fees

PrestigeWriters may deduct platform fees from writer earnings. Current fee structures are disclosed in your writer dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon successful delivery and client approval, all rights to the work transfer to the client. Writers retain no ownership claims to completed assignments.

Writers warrant that all submitted work is original and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Account Activation and Subscription

Access to certain platform features requires a one-time account activation fee. This fee grants you tier-specific benefits including job access limits and badge status.

Activation fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Pending earnings will be processed according to our standard payment schedule.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Fraudulent activity
• Abusive behavior toward clients or staff
• Extended periods of inactivity

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through our internal support system. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrestigeWriters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the preceding 90 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
